Healthy Smoothie

A personal favourite for Caitlin, as it provides all the tools for a strong start to the day. It’s important to fuel our bodies and get our brain activated in the morning especially if you have a busy schedule like Caitlin.

The ability to customise and change the smoothie to your liking is a big reason why Caitlin opts for it most mornings!

  • 5 Mins Prep


  • 1 cup Macro Organic rolled oats
  • 4 tbs Macro organic cacao powder
  • 1 hass avocado
  • 1L Macro Organic coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 16 Macro dates, pitted and diced


1. Blitz oats in a blender to make a fine powder.

2. Add the cacao powder, avocado and coconut water and blitz.

3. Add the berries, mango and diced dates and continue to blitz until smooth.

4. Serve in tall glasses.
